After the trial, the Solo tier account itself stays at R0/month (1 admin user, 5 field personnel, all core admin features), but you will need at least one sales module (Quotations, Work Cards, or Invoicing Suite, from R49/month) to keep creating documents. Field personnel are never billed as extra seats, regardless of headcount within your tier.
